Morrison holds a bachelor’s degree in management studies from the University of Cape Coast. Morrison is currently the head of business development/marketing, GDPC and AML/CFT&P officer at Globafin Microfinance Limited. He has gained experience in banking, due to his speed of adapting and less supervision on the job, he had 1 year contract with Globafin Microfinance Ltd right after national service (as a recovery officer) and was later promoted to be a Business Development Officer. Due to his effective work that yield results, he was later promoted to be the Head of Business Development Department/Marketing and also a management member. He is also an interim operations manager for the company to have an ample time to recruit a new operations manager.
